We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Standard construction warranties apply to materials and labor as specified by law and original equipment manufacturer terms. GBROS Legacy Builders maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all active job sites.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, floor plans, and architectural renderings created by GBROS Legacy Builders remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Site visitors may not use our proprietary documentation without express written consent.
